THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Our services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and thus, are not available to minors. By using our sites, you represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use the sites and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the sites.
The sites are to be used by you for your personal use only. You agree that you will not use the sites for chain letters, junk mail, "spamming", solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or bulk communications of any kind including but not limited to distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a list.
The content and information displayed on the sites are LUMA's property and are collectively referred to as "LUMA Information". The downloading, reproduction, or re-transmission of LUMA Information, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited, except to the extent permitted with prior written consent by LUMA.
Our sites may contain or reference trademarks, patents, copyrighted materials, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes or other proprietary rights of LUMA and/or other parties. No license to or right in any such materials is granted to or conferred upon you.
You agree that you will not use any device, software or other instrumentality to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of our sites. You also agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor, scrape, or copy our sites without prior express consent.
You may not use our sites in any threatening, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive manner. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to revoke or deny your access to our sites.
The following rules apply to all guests during their stay:
A deposit of RM500 (RM2000 for Presidential Suite) is required upon check-in.
Check-in: 3PM
Check-out: 11AM
Surcharge applied for early check-in and late check-out
Smoking is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the entire building/apartment/compressor room.
Fine: RM500+Durian, Mangosteen, and Jackfruit are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the entire building.
Fine: RM500+Guests are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to place anything outside the apartment or in common areas.
Fine: RM500+Guests are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to dispose of anything in common areas except refuse room.
Fine: RM500+Guests are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to enter, ring bells, or try to open other apartments.
Fine: RM500+Parties and events are NOT ALLOWED. Lower volume after 10PM.
Fine: RM500+Only the number of guests according to the guest itinerary are ALLOWED to check in.
Fine: RM500+The apartment is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to be sub-let to any third party.
Fine: RM500+Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by themselves, friends, or visitors.
Fine: RM500+The property management/building management DOES NOT assume any responsibility for guests' losses.
Parking access cards are NOT TRANSFERABLE during the stay. The property management does not assume responsibility for guest parking issues.
Guests will be held responsible for RM300 (EACH) for the loss/damage of apartment access key cards or parking access cards.
Replacement Fee: RM300 per cardTo the maximum extent permitted by law, we hereby expressly exclude any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our sites, including loss of income, business, profits, data, or goodwill.
In the event LUMA is held liable for any damages related to the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law, your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement of the charges for services or products paid by you.
Time Limitation
You hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to this site beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which such claim or action is based.
With respect to all communications you make to us regarding LUMA Information including feedback, questions, comments, and suggestions: you shall have no right of confidentiality in your communications and we shall have no obligation to protect your communications from disclosure.
We shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute your communications to others without limitation, and use any ideas, concepts, know-how, content or techniques contained in your communications for any purpose whatsoever.
LUMA Information may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, including inaccuracies relating to pricing or availability. LUMA does not assume responsibility for any such inaccuracies, errors or omissions, and reserves the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations and improvements at any time without notice.
If you choose to leave our sites via links to other third-party websites, our Terms and Conditions will no longer apply. We are not responsible for the terms and conditions, privacy policies, or content of those third-party sites.
